This Return & Refund Policy outlines how Dyotha Essentials facilitates returns, refunds, and replacement requests in coordination with third-party sellers on our platform.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be requested if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or defective product

  • The product delivered is materially different from the description

  • The seal or packaging was tampered with during delivery

For AYUSH-labeled medicines, hygiene-sensitive items, and perishables, returns may not be accepted unless legally mandated.


3. Timeframe for Request

You must raise a return or refund request:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or expired products

  • Within 3 calendar days for incorrect or misrepresented items

Requests raised after this period may not be eligible.


4. How to Raise a Request

You can initiate your return or refund via:

  • Your Dyotha Essentials account dashboard

  • Emailing [email protected] with your order ID, images of the issue, and a brief explanation

Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 business hours.


5. Seller Approval & Resolution

Dyotha Essentials facilitates the return/refund process, but final decisions rest with the seller, who is responsible for:

  • Verifying product complaints

  • Approving or rejecting refund claims

  • Coordinating pickup or replacement where applicable

Dyotha Essentials may intervene only if the seller fails to respond within the specified timeline.


6. Refund Timelines

Once approved:

  • Refunds to source payment method (UPI, net banking, etc.) may take 5–7 business days

  • For failed or delayed refunds, write to [email protected]

COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit, based on your preference.


7. Non-Returnable Categories

Products not eligible for return include:

  • AYUSH medicines and therapeutic items

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., oils, creams, supplements)

  • Opened or consumed items

  • Custom kits, bundles, or trial packs

Final eligibility is subject to the individual seller’s category and regulatory norms.


8. Exceptions & Resolution Support

If your refund is denied by a seller and you believe it to be unjustified:

  • Dyotha Essentials will review and may escalate to the seller or intervene as per fallback liability norms
