Seller Onboarding Flow

Dyotha Essentials is a curated digital marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers of premium hair, skin, and beauty care products. To maintain quality, compliance, and trust, we follow a structured onboarding process for all vendors.

 Step 1: Application Submission

Interested sellers must initiate onboarding by emailing [email protected] with the following documents:

Required Documents

  • Valid GST registration certificate
  • Product catalog with label samples (MRP, ingredients, batch number, expiry date)
  • Bank account details for payouts (cancelled cheque or bank statement)
  • Signed acceptance of Dyotha’s Seller Agreement
  • Brand authorization letter (if applicable)
  • GMP certificate (for manufacturers and brand owners)
  • BIS/AYUSH/FSSAI certification (if applicable to product category)

Note: Additional documentation may be requested based on product type and applicable regulations.

 Step 2: Document Verification

Our compliance team will verify:

  • Authenticity of GST and banking details
  • Labeling and packaging standards
  • Regulatory certifications and GMP compliance
  • Accuracy of product claims and descriptions
  • Brand authorization and ownership (if applicable)

Only verified sellers will proceed to the next stage.

 Step 3: Agreement Finalization

Upon successful verification, sellers must:

  • Review and digitally sign Dyotha’s Seller Agreement
  • Confirm acceptance of commission structure and payout terms
  • Agree to platform policies including Return & Refund, Seller onboarding & marketplace policy, and Grievance Redressal

 Step 4: Product Listing Setup

Sellers will receive access to the Dyotha Seller Portal to upload:

  • High-resolution product images
  • Accurate product descriptions
  • Pricing and inventory details

Listing Standards

  • Products must be labeled with MRP, expiry date, batch number, and ingredients
  • Minimum 30% shelf-life must remain at time of delivery
  • No misleading claims or unauthorized content
  • All claims must comply with cosmetic labeling norms and applicable regulations

 Step 5: Final Approval & Go-Live

Once listings are reviewed and approved:

  • Seller profile goes live on Dyotha Essentials
  • Orders can be received and fulfilled directly by the seller
  • Weekly payouts begin as per the agreed commission structure
  • Reconciliation reports are shared after each payout cycle

 Monitoring & Compliance

Dyotha Essentials continuously monitors seller activity. Sellers may be suspended or delisted for:

  • Regulatory violations or false documentation
  • Counterfeit or unauthorized products
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Non-responsiveness to buyer or platform queries
  • Breach of Dyotha’s policies or Seller Agreement
