Manufacture or stock listed products
Make medical or therapeutic claims
Provide delivery services directly
Sellers are solely responsible for their product listings, fulfillment, and regulatory compliance.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
Provide accurate information during registration and checkout
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
Avoid activities like impersonation, spam, and content misuse
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
Submit valid FSSAI, AYUSH, and GST documentation (if applicable)
Maintain accurate product labeling and inventory
Respond to complaints or refund requests within 48 hours
Comply with Dyotha’s Seller Agreement and policies

Sellers carry primary liability for refunds. Dyotha may assist only where sellers fail to respond, in accordance with applicable fallback provisions.

7. Limitation of Liability
Dyotha Essentials is not liable for:
Product efficacy, side effects, or labeling errors by sellers
Logistics delays, courier damage, or third-party conduct
Misuse or misinterpretation of platform content
We act only as an intermediary under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
8. Data Protection
We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, using secure methods for transactions and communication. We do not store payment card details or sell personal information.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kozhikode, Kerala.
10. Amendments
