  • Metro cities, Tier 2 & 3 towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote areas: Up to 10 business days (subject to courier coverage)

Please note, timelines may be impacted by holidays, strikes, or courier constraints.


3. Shipment Gateway & Courier Assignment

Dyotha Essentials works with an integrated shipment gateway that:

  • Routes shipments to courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.)

  • Manages pickup, delivery tracking, and exception coordination

  • Ensures optimized cost and coverage per order


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are not fixed or subsidized. Charges depend on:

  • Seller location

  • Delivery address

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Courier partner rates

Final shipping costs will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Dyotha Essentials does not offer free shipping by default. Promotional waivers may occasionally apply based on seller campaigns or platform offers.
