Dyotha Essentials operates on a marketplace model where
sellers fulfill orders directly. Customer payments are collected by Dyotha and
held until successful delivery. Seller payouts are processed post-delivery,
after deducting Dyotha’s commission.
1. Order Placement
- A
customer places an order on dyotha.com and completes payment via
our integrated payment gateway.
- The
amount is credited directly to Dyotha Essentials’ account.
2. Order Fulfillment
- The
seller receives the order via the Dyotha Seller Portal.
- The
seller dispatches the product and updates delivery status.
- Dyotha
monitors delivery confirmation and return/refund eligibility.
3. Settlement to Seller
- After
successful delivery and closure of the return window:
- Dyotha
deducts its commission and applicable taxes as per the
Seller Agreement.
- The
net payout is transferred to the seller’s registered bank account.
4. Payout Schedule
- Settlements
are processed on a weekly basis (every Friday).
- Sellers
receive a reconciliation report detailing:
- Order
IDs
- Gross
amount
- Commission
and tax deductions
- Net
payout
5. Safeguards & Refunds
- Dyotha
holds funds until delivery is confirmed and no refund is initiated.
- In
case of returns or disputes, refunds are processed directly from Dyotha’s
account.
- Sellers
are notified of any deductions or adjustments.
