Dyotha Essentials serves as a digital marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers of Ayurvedic and wellness products. We do not manufacture, store, or dispatch products directly — all fulfillment is seller-managed.
2. Onboarding Requirements
To sell on Dyotha Essentials, vendors must complete our onboarding process, which includes:
Submission of:
Valid GST registration
FSSAI license (for ingestible products)
AYUSH retail/manufacturing license (for Ayurvedic medicines)
Product catalog and label samples
Seller bank account details for payouts
Agreement to Dyotha’s platform terms and commission structure
3. Seller Agreement & Compliance
All vendors must sign Dyotha’s Seller Agreement, which includes clauses related to:
Quality assurance and labeling standards
Regulatory compliance for product category (food, cosmetics, medicine)
Adherence to Refund & Return Policy
Grievance handling timelines
Avoidance of false claims or unlicensed formulations
4. Commission Structure & Settlements
Dyotha deducts a commission on each successful order
Payouts to sellers are made on a weekly basis
Commission rate and applicable taxes are specified in the Seller Agreement
Sellers receive detailed reconciliation reports after every cycle

5. Product Listing Rules
Sellers are expected to comply with these standards:
Products must be clearly labeled with MRP, expiry date, batch number, ingredients
Listings must include clear product images and descriptions
Shelf-life buffer of minimum 30% remaining at delivery
Therapeutic or curative claims must comply with AYUSH/FSSAI labeling norms
6. Monitoring & Delisting
Dyotha Essentials may suspend or remove sellers who:
Violate regulatory norms or provide false documentation
Sell counterfeit or unauthorized goods
Receive repeated customer complaints
Fail to respond to platform or buyer queries promptly
