1. Role of Dyotha Essentials

Dyotha Essentials is a curated digital marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers of premium hair, skin, and beauty care products. We do not manufacture, store, or dispatch products directly — all order fulfillment is managed by the respective sellers.

2. Onboarding Requirements

To sell on Dyotha Essentials, vendors must complete our onboarding process, which includes:

  • Submission of:
    • Valid GST registration
    • Product catalog and label samples
    • Seller bank account details for payouts
    • Agreement to Dyotha’s platform terms and commission structure

Note: Additional documentation may be required based on product category and applicable regulations.

3. Seller Agreement & Compliance

All vendors must sign Dyotha’s Seller Agreement, which includes clauses related to:

  • Quality assurance and labeling standards
  • Regulatory compliance for cosmetic and personal care products
  • Adherence to Dyotha’s Return & Refund Policy
  • Timely grievance resolution
  • Prohibition of false claims or misleading product information

4. Commission Structure & Settlements

  • Dyotha deducts a commission on each successful order
  • Payouts to sellers are processed on a weekly basis
  • Commission rates and applicable taxes are outlined in the Seller Agreement
  • Sellers receive detailed reconciliation reports after each payout cycle

5. Product Listing Rules

Sellers are expected to comply with the following listing standards:

  • Products must be clearly labeled with MRP, expiry date, batch number, and ingredients
  • Listings must include high-quality product images and accurate descriptions
  • A minimum of 30% shelf-life must remain at the time of delivery
  • Any performance or benefit claims must comply with cosmetic labeling norms and applicable regulations

6. Monitoring & Delisting

Dyotha Essentials reserves the right to suspend or delist sellers who:

  • Violate platform policies or regulatory norms
  • Provide false documentation or misleading product information
  • Sell counterfeit or unauthorized goods
  • Accumulate repeated customer complaints
  • Fail to respond to platform or buyer queries in a timely manner
